I guess it's only natural for chain restaurants to get mixed reviews, but I never had a bad experience. My husband and I have eaten inside Chili's but mainly order to go as we have a toddler and 3-month-old. Thus far, their to-go service has been really good. The food always looks great, is warm and on time. I enjoy the new Chili's reboot as the food is a little more gourmet, so to speak. I also like the rewards program they have so we can get freebies from time to time.

Went for dinner. Had to wait for a table even though several were open. Got seated & noticed that two tables next to us had not been cleared. One got cleaned about half way into our meal the other never was. This would have not been a big deal if the manager (the guy in a different colored shirt andhadset) had not walked by 3 times and looked at it. One worker even stopped to take a picture of it but didn't clean it. The bathrooms were nasty. Dinner was good and our waitress was attentive. Poor atmosphere made this trip negative.

I came here during lunch hour with 2 babies and my sister in law. It wasn't really busy and the waitress was rude. It took a while for our food and I asked for another straw due to not being given enough for all the drinks. It took forever to even get 1 straw. Right before the bill came we noticed the waitress started to be nicer to us.. we will not be coming back to this location. Honestly we thought about walking out before our food even arrived. We didn't appreciate the way the waitress talked to us. It isn't easy to dine in with babies so talking to us like we're idiots wouldn't make us want to ever come back.

I had to call the establishment to let them know that there was 8 people ready to be seated. Also the food was too salty and my chicken on my dish was very, very dry.

Skip the Carribean Salad. Flavors don't mix well, tastes like random ingredients . I ate it but I would never recommend it.

Once again, a perfect example of a chain restaurant with a lot of potential. I sat in the bar section on a Saturday evening. Very friendly staff, good seating area and the bar has a great view of large television screens for watching various sports. The bartendress was very friendly and was quick to take my drink order. I ordered the "Premium" Long Island Ice Tea to start out. The drink may have contained "Top Shelf" liquors, but the sweet and sour mix or what ever it was supposed to be was horrible and the proportions of mix to liquor was way off leaving a unpleasant after taste. The same can be said with my next drink choice, the Presidente Margarita, which is supposed to be one of their "Front Line" drinks. As for dinner I choose the Chicken Cajun Pasta, which was very good and contained a good size portion for the price. Overall the atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant...I would gladly increase my overall rating if they could remedy the problems behind the bar, good bartendress, just needs some mixology lessons and things should hopefully be good to go.

This Chili's is the best around when they're on top of their game. The staff are personable and, being the mayor on Foursquare, they remember my favorite things and many ask if I'm having my usual. They are on top of their game most of the time, but when they aren't, it's not worth a visit. Try to beat the main meal rushes and you should do just fine.

I ordered my dish with broccoli with NOTHING on it. No sauce, cheese, salt, pepper, butter, NOTHING. The broccoli comes out COVERED in cheese. Our server was nice but she informed me my options with broccoli are cheese or swimming in butter. I guess I got the lesser of two evils. WEIRD. QUICK service (in and out with 3 entrees for 3 folks in less than 30 min). Good, consistent all american quick and go food.

Service at this location is horrible. We were seated quickly but it took over 10 minutes to see someone who was not our waitress take our drink & appetizer order. Our "real"waitress brought our drinks & app took our main course order and we requested plates to put our apps on. Waited several minutes no plates and I got up and had to ask the hostess to bring them. Rest of the meal no better. My advice stay away!

TOGO service is not up to par. No employee waiting for customers who show up. They gave us "old avocados" that were obviously not fresh. On top of that there were only 2.5 small pieces after we paid the extra fee for the avocado. I'll still return for the "sit down" option, but no more TOGO

Avoid like the plague, simply put. This is not my first bad experience with this restaurant. It was the first place we ate when I got to Oklahoma City 9 months ago and that experience wasn't much better. Seated in a reasonable amount of time. The problem started once seated. It took 15 minutes to finally see our waitress (Tiffany) and get our drinks. When my drink comes out, it has an old straw wrapper floating in with the ice (did I get a dirty cup???). We ordered our entire meal when we ordered our drinks (had that long to look over the menu). Finally saw our appetizer 20 minutes later (after asking a passing server, Angus?) and it tasted like it had been sitting there waiting awhile. There were other tables seated 10 minutes after us and they were already getting their meal at this point. Fast forward another 20 minutes after our appetizer was finished and plates cleared and we still haven't seen our main course. After asking the same server where it was (Tiffany disappeared yet AGAIN), our food comes out. My order wasn't anywhere near right. My wife's order was lukewarm at best. Finally, an hour after being seated, I get my main course which was also lukewarm. I finish my meal and we finally get a check. Tiffany comes out, brings the check, disappears for awhile, comes back, takes the card, and disappears AGAIN for 10 minutes. Not sure what she was doing with the credit cards but this girl should not be a waitress. Management was nowhere to be found to complain. Asked to speak with one, and again, no one showed. Not sure what kind of operation they are running here, but we will not be back. We like Chili's and will gladly drive farther to another location for better service.
